Behavior Modification,
the Person-Centered Way.

A person-centered approach to behavior modification focuses on understanding the individual’s needs, perspectives, and experiences, creating a supportive environment for growth and change, rather than solely focusing on modifying behaviors.

Behavior Modification, the Person-Centered Way.

Welcome to Choix Vocational Services, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization designed to support the needs of adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with a history of behavioral deficits and excesses.

Choix Vocational Services is dedicated to enhancing quality of life by empowering individuals with the tools, training, resources, and supports necessary for achieving personal goals, gaining independence, and promoting individual choice. We envision a world where individuals have positive control over their lives, are valued contributors to society, and are supported in their community relationships through respectful listening and action. Our values consist of exceptional community service, respect and dignity for all individuals, the promotion of choice and independence, and the protection of rights while honoring differences.

Choix Vocational Services offers opportunities for a lifetime! By engaging in recreational activities our participants experience new things and increase self-confidence. By participating in our vocational component, individuals gain new skills, earn money, and prepare for the transition to supported employment.

Choix Vocational Services has a limited exclusion policy. We believe that everyone should have the ability to achieve success in the area of their own choosing and services are provided to all individuals regardless of the severity of their disability.
