Welcome to Choix Vocational Services, a private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Choix Vocational Services is a Behavioral Day Program that provides support and services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are associated with the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center, Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center, and San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center.

Our program understands that each person has unique need, therefore, each individual’s service plans are developed through a detailed, person-centered planning process to meet the unique day programming needs of adults who require support due to negative or inappropriate behaviors.

Our mission at Choix Vocational Services is to enhance the quality of life for individuals by empowering them with the tools, training, resources, and support necessary to achieve personal goals, gain independence, and promote individual choice. We aim to assist individuals in controlling, reducing, or eliminating inappropriate behaviors, while also increasing their independence, communication and social skills.

We envision a world where individuals have positive control over their lives, become valued contributors to society, and are supported in their community relationships through respectful listening and action. Admission is considered on a case-by-case basis, with minimal denial of applications.

All staff are CPR & First Aid Certified, CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Certified, and PCT (Person Centered Thinking) Certified.
